Cancellation Policy
- Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting us at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled time.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in cancellation charges.
Refund Policy
- Payments made in advance are eligible for refund only if the appointment is cancelled within the allowed time.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 5–7 working days.
No-Show Policy
- Failure to arrive for an appointment without prior notice will be treated as a no-show and may not be eligible for a refund.
Service Dissatisfaction
If you are dissatisfied with a service, please inform us immediately during your visit. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concern.
